Aya Settings has two options:

  1. Repeat - You can specify how many times you want an aya to repeat
  2. Pause - How long in seconds you want to pause between ayas in the sura. This is useful for memorization.

L. Playback Settings has three modes

  1. Loop Sura Mode - The whole sura or sura range will repeat forever
  2. Stack Aya Mode - This is a valuable method for memorizing the quran. Using this with Repeat and Pause in this mode is a great way for memorization. This method can be better explained for example for sura 112:
  3.     aya 1
        aya 1 and aya 2
aya 1 and aya 2 and aya 3
aya 1 and aya 2 and aya 3 and aya 4

                are played after each other.

  4. Single Aya Mode - Suppose a aya is too long to memorize at once and you want to "break up" the audio into parts. By enabling this, the playback bar will change into this:

1. Set the start timestamp for where you want the aya to start. There are two methods:

  1. While an aya is playing (press play button (5)) then press the [ button (1) to set the start of aya
  2. While an aya is stopped (press stop button (6)), drag (9), then press the [ button (1) to set the start of aya

2. The timestamp in milliseconds of where you want the audio to begin
3. Set the end timestamp for where you want the aya to start. There are two methods:

  1. While an aya is playing (press play button (5)) then press the ] button (3) to set the end of aya
  2. While an aya is stopped (press stop button (6)), drag (9), then press the ] button (3) to set the end of aya

4. The timestamp in milliseconds of where you want the audio to end
5. Play the current aya using the timestamp range you created
6. Stop the playback
7. Go to the previous aya in the sura
8. Goto the next aya in the sura
9. Shows the playback of the current aya. If you stop playback, you can drag this bar and press either button [ or ] to select the timestamps

You can also set the Pause timing to give you time between repeats to help you memorize that section of the aya.

M. Click on the checkbox to enable, and you can select a range of the sura to playback. Another tip would be to use this with Loop Mode and Repeat and Pause to help in memorizing a few ayas in a sura.
